All Grange products come with a two year back-to-base warranty. This is a 1+1 agreement, whereby the machine must be serviced by RFE or an authorised service agent within the first year to qualify for the additional year.
Back-to-base means RFE requires any equipment under the Grange portfolio to be returned to the RFE workshop in Seven Hills (at the expense of the customer). Once repairs have been completed, RFE will arrange for it's return at their expense.
For customer's within Sydney, you are more than welcome to drop the machine to us if you would prefer.

All products within the RFE range are covered by a 4-year parts and labour warranty. This is a 2+2 agreement, whereby the machine must be serviced by RFE or an authorised service agent within the first two years to qualify for the additional two years.
For customers within NSW, our technician will complete repairs onsite where possible, and if your machine needs to be returned to the workshop, a loan machine will be provided for you.
For customers in other parts of Australia, arrangements will be made for a service partner to attend, or, your machine will be returned to RFE at no charge.
